Refund Policy

At Ingleton Pharmacy, patient safety is our top priority. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we follow strict regulations regarding refunds.

Medicines and Prescriptions

No refunds or exchanges can be given on prescription medications, over-the-counter medicines, or healthcare products once they have been dispensed or delivered, unless:

The item was supplied in error

The product is faulty or damaged upon receipt

Non-Medical Products

Refunds or exchanges on non-medicinal items (e.g. toiletries, health accessories) may be possible if:

The item is unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days

Proof of purchase is provided

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
